Donations
Donations are very important to Simon Community as donations help with supporting the community. A clear and pronounced call-to-action to encourage users to donate is very clear on all pages, regardless of where the user has navigated. Donations were handled through the Raiser's Edge CRM platform which Green17 also integrated into the site.




Events
Simon Community Northern Ireland run a number of different types of events. Green17 ensured events are laid out clearly and administrators can easily select the type of event they are running and input the date and time as well as any registration fee or sponsorship targets that might be relevant. Users can easily register and pay for events and also share via social media platforms.
News/ Statistics
Key statistics are pulled out throughout the site, using infographics to highlight the issues surrounding homelessness and the support Simon Community can offer. On the homepage Green17 mixed these statistics with news stories, encouraging users to find out more about the charity and to click into the articles.


Knowledge Hub/ Publications & Reports
Simon Community NI regularly produces reports and publications detailing the issues surrounding homelessness and the work that they do to, including highlighting where the donations go. Green17 added colour coding to differentiate between reports and publications. A search tool was added to find specific documents and also the option to select from a drop-down to find the correct resource.




I couldn’t recommend Green 17 highly enough. - The proposal for our website presented more than a few technical challenges, which the team took in their stride. Going above and beyond for Simon Community NI, Green 17 at all times kept a cool head and met every obstacle with positive solutions and a can-do attitude.
