Green17 worked with the team at Moy Park to determine the key features and benefits of the company's graduate programme which would appeal most to young people looking to start their own career. To visually communicate this we used a combination of animated icons, questions and engaging headlines to quickly capture and retain the attention of the user as they scroll down the page.
Influencing the user journey was a primary focus of this project, and the animated pathway also works to fluidly guide the user through the key information leading them to the end point where they are encouraged to apply for the programme.
To highlight the personal side of the corporate brand, our design included real quotes from recent graduates as well as Moy Park's CEO Janet McCollum to give potential applicants a true reflection of what it's like to work at Moy Park.
A selection of testimonials are included from current graduates on the programme with various education and experiences to show the diversity of successful applicants and make the programme relatable to users through real life case studies and storytelling.
