Working closely with the Lagan SCG team, Green17 reimagined the overall group's online presence and provided a showcase for the world-class work undertaken at each of the Lagan SCG companies: H&J Martin, Clonrose, FK Lowry, Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure (inc US), Lagan Operations & Maintenance and Charles Brand.

The previous website, which housed all of the Lagan SCG group companies, was outdated and did not allow each of the brands to singularly communicate their messages to their best effect. Many of the larger brands were deeply hidden under subpages and, sometimes, within an overwhelming set of categories.

The changes are very positively reflected below, with more unique users, a significant 10% decrease in bounce rate, and a massive 90% decrease in domain lookup time which results in faster load times for the site.

A visual overview of the group's companies

An innovative and interactive animated wheel was designed and built for the group homepage to introduce the 7 companies and give a clear overview of each core offering including photography to visually represent the services.

Individual websites for all sub companies while adhering to the brand visual language

With minimalism in mind, the design was devised for all sub-brands to help the world-class work of each company stand out on their homepages. Our team worked to evaluate the 8 individual sites and created a strategy which determined the best way forward for the company's new unified digital presence while having individuality for each brand.

Managing & Updating the site independently

Green 17 implemented a simple but powerful content management system which allowed Lagan PR and HR team to have one central login to edit the group and any linked company websites, keeping things simple. Many sections are connected and filtered based on the site the users visiting - such as News, is added to the group website and then admins simply choose which other companies sites to show it on if any.

With a minimalistic design was devised for all sub-brands to help the world-class work of each company stand out on their homepages. Green 17 streamlined and automated the site which makes it easy to use for both visitors and admins. Including automation for images colour and resize images to match the brands and keep downloads speeds fast on different device sizes.
