Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team, someone who's great with people, communication and organisation. Someone with an eye for detail who makes sure projects run smoothly, on time and on budget.


  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, via effective monitoring and internal and client facing communications
  • Monitor project progress continuously
  • Be in regular and proactive contact with clients during project planning and delivery cycles, scheduling and leading calls, workshops and meetings where required, individually and as part of a team
  • Developing positive long–term client account relationships, and ensuring our clients feel valued
  • Management of all social platforms to drive strategy and enhance our presence on social channels and encourage engagement of followers
  • Contribute to writing briefs, quotes and tenders/proposals
  • Quality assurance/ testing websites (no technical knowledge required)
  • Facilitate training for clients on how to update their website (no technical knowledge required)


  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working on multiple, concurrent work streams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead the project team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to monitor and control budgets
  • The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a user experience, digital or design agency environment
  • Being kind and a great team player

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing web projects
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working in an agile or sprint–based project environment
  • Experience with using data analytics platforms
