The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 state that any public sector organisation has a legal obligation to make their websites accessible to people with disabilities to at least AA standard of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. An accessibility statement must also be published on your website to explain how accessible your website is an outline any parts that don't currently meet the requirements.
